Day 1Marrakech - Dades Gorges
In Marrakech, your driver / guide will pick you up at the airport. We will head south towards Ouarzazate towards the port of Tizi N’Tichka which reaches its peak at 2260m, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the oases and palm groves, the many kasbahs and the landscape of the Middle Atlas. We will visit many mountain roads, where you can appreciate the lifestyle of the Berbers. At each step, you will discover a new scene of everyday life. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in the Gorges of Dades.
Day 2Dades Gorges - Merzouga (desert)
After breakfast we will begin the day crossing the Gorges of Dades where we will discover typical villages and we will meet the Berber nomads of the mountain. After lunch in the gorges of Toldra, we will travel along the tar road, crossing the important palm grove of Tinghir, (it is one of the most beautiful and vast in Morocco) to reach the city of Erfoud. From here, by track, we will go to Merzouga, where after drinking a tea we will climb the camels to sleep in haimas or Berber tents in the middle of the desert and thus be able to see the stars and listen to the silence of the desert. Typical Berber dinner and accommodation in haimas.
Day 3Merzouga - Draa Valley – Ouarzazate
In the early morning, after seeing the sunrise from the top of a dune, we will return to the lodge where we will have breakfast. Then, towards Ouarzazate we will visit the city of Rissani, (economic capital of Morocco and first imperial city of the country), the Souk under the red arcades and its numerous Ksours. Then we will follow the road that goes to the village of Alnif where we will have lunch. We will continue through the magnificent Draa Valley. At night we will arrive at Ouarzazate. Dinner and accommodation In Riad.
Day 4Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast we will visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, the oldest and best preserved in Morocco, recently declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and the site of a multitude of film productions: Gladiator, Babel and Laurence of Arabia, among others. Through the High Atlas we will continue to Marrakech. Dinner and accommodation In Riad.
Day 5Marrakech
After breakfast, transfer to the airport, to leave for your city of origin. End of trip and our services.
