Día 1 Casablanca - Rabat
In the morning arrival in Casablanca followed by a brief visit to this commercial capital and the largest port in Morocco. then to Rabat. Check-in at your hotel. The afternoon tour includes the Medina (old city), with its stone and white buildings that enjoy large dark wooden doors with studs, the Hassan Tower, whose intricate stone dominates the horizon; the Mahoma V Mausoleum that houses the onyx tomb of the late king and the walls of Mechouar that surround the Royal Palace.
After the visit of Rabat we will take you to your hotel where you will stay.
Day 1 Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Roses Valley - Dades Gorges
At the agreed time, we will pick you up at the hotel / Riad and start the route. Departure from Marrakech via the Cool Tichka pass, where we will cross the Atlas mountains making stops to enjoy the magnificent views that the route offers us. Optional visit to a small cooperative of women who process argan oil, where you can learn how this precious product is obtained, as well as all the variety of culinary and beauty products that the argan fruit provides. We will continue on our way to Ouarzazate to visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site, free time to walk through its streets and climb to the top to contemplate the beautiful views of the valley, and in Ouarzazate you can visit, if you are interested , the movie studios where many famous Hollywood movies have been shot. Then we will find the town of Skoura, located in the heart of the valley of palm trees. There you can take a walk through the extensive and labyrinthine oasis, whose lush vegetation wraps precious secret kasbahs and you can also visit its kasbah of Amerdil, where you can see how it was once lived in the kasbahs. From here we will continue through the Valley of Roses (famous for the cultivation of them) to the impressive gorges of Dades. Dinner and overnight in a beautiful hotel on the mountain next to the river Dades.
Day 2Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Merzouga
After breakfast, we will continue along the bank of Boulmane, where a road marked by kasbahs (fortresses or castles) and ksour (fortified citadels), whose landscape is ocher, red and mauve, opens. Around us we will find stony plateaus where the dromedaries graze. After a journey full of ksour, oasis and palm trees we will arrive at Tineghir (where the spectacular gorges of Todra are) perched at 1,350 m altitude and surrounded by a palm grove. Free time to walk through the gorges and through the orchard and the palm grove. We continue to Erfoud (city of fossils), where we can see the quarries where they are extracted and know how they are worked then to give them the most varied forms and uses. Then we will pass by Rissani and finally we will arrive at Merzouga, in front of the high dunes of Erg Chebbi. In the afternoon the dromedaries await us to enter the desert and contemplate an unforgettable sunset. This night will be special, we will sleep in the dunes in nomad tents (Haimas), as the Berbers do. Here we will enjoy a special night with a traditional dinner, music and a starry sky like you have never seen before. Dinner and accommodation in the unforgettable Haima.
Day 3Merzouga - Rissani - middle Atlas - Fes
If there is something that no one can miss, it is enjoying a sunrise in the desert, so this day we will get up early. After contemplating the sunrise, we will return in a dromedary to the hotel to rest a little. We continue our route through Erfoud and continue through the Ziz valley with its large palm tree in the form of a snake and once past the port of Tizi-n-Talghomt, arrival in Midelt. free time to eat.
